We are proud to offer Gomadic warranty on Gomadic brand products marked with a 'lifetime warranty' in the product description. Gomadic's warranty are for the original purchaser and guarantees that all of our cabling products are free from defect in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace it free of charge. Any product that has reached the end of its product lifetime (End-of-Life) or discontinued shall no longer be covered this warranty. We extend this warranty to direct-to-consumer purchases from Gomadic's website or any of our approved vendors such as, but not limited to: Amazon, Buy.com, Newegg, eBay, etc. Purchases made in bulk or with discounts may not be subject to warranties, reference your purchase agreement for further details. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
