Return Policy

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy on all our items. In addition all our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacture defect, exchange or any other reason consider emailing us first by clicking here, we would be happy to help. Our return process is quick, simple and available to you 24/7 for your convenience. Click here to proceed to our online Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") process. You must obtain a RMA number within the applicable Return Policy period. Gomadic will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

If the order is in error do to our honest mistake we will also pay the return shipping costs (as such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping cost is not refunded since this cost was spent getting the item to you.

Shipping Policy

International Express mail will occasionally ship via US Mail – Express Mail Service (EMS) with guaranteed 2 day delivery to locations where FedEx delivery areas are limited.

Timeframes for standard international deliveries may fluctuate slightly more due to customs processes of each country. International tracking is only available with the International Express delivery class.

Lifetime Warranty

Gomadic's band products are custom engineered and carefully built to our exact specification. We are proud to offer Gomadic Warranty on Gomadic Brand products marked with a lifetime warranty in the product description. Gomadic's warranty are for the original purchaser and guarantees that all of our cabling products are free from defect in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace it free of charge. Any product that has reached the end of its product lifetime (End-of-Life) or discontinued shall not be covered this warranty. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
